2: Product structure description
2.1 Wiring method: welding type. 2.2 Inlet diameter: Φ11mm
2.3 Connector contact and plating: copper, Φ2.3/1.0mm, gold-plated. 2.4 Contact plastic: nylon, 260℃ temperature resistance, V-0 flame retardant.
2.5 Waterproof rubber ring: silica gel. 2.6 Pouring glue: epoxy resin.
3: Test
3.1 Dielectric strength: in accordance with GJB1217-1991 method 1005, under normal temperature and pressure, between the conductor and the insulator, the test voltage (effective value) AC
1500V / 50Hz, there is no breakdown or arcing after 1min, the over-leakage current is less than 2mA.
3.2 Insulation resistance: According to GJB1217-1991 method 1005, the test voltage (effective value) DC 500V between the conductor and the insulator at room temperature and pressure,
The insulation resistance is greater than 1000MΩ.
3.3 Contact resistance: Under normal temperature and pressure, the contact resistance of the waterproof connector is less than or equal to 10mΩ.
3.4 Salt spray test: The unplugged connector is subjected to a sodium chloride solution with a salt solution concentration of 5% in accordance with the provisions of method 1001 in GJB1217-1991.
After 48h of neutral salt spray test at a temperature of 35±2℃, there is no corrosion that affects performance.
3.5 Waterproof performance: Under normal temperature and pressure, the male and female waterproof connectors are inserted and the nuts are installed, and they are placed in 1m of clear water. The test time is 4h. There is no inside of the connector.
Water seepage phenomenon. Let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature and pressure, and the test meets the requirements of 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3.
3.6 Contact separation force: The separation force of a single hole is 1.0-4.0N.
